The villa has been beautifully furnished by Archers Hall Design Centre in a traditional coastal theme to create a wonderful, luxurious second home available for rental by families or smaller groups. The split level design overlooks the Royal Westmorland Golf Resort and has stunning ocean views from the upper terrace. The villa has four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and a further two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The en suite master bedroom and second bedroom both open onto the plunge pool deck, which is located on the lower level of the villa. The pool deck is a perfect place to unwind and perhaps take in a drink or two whilst enjoying the views of Royal Westmoreland’s spectacular golf course and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the equally sized bedroom 4.
The ensuite third bedroom is located on the ground level off the main entrance which leads up to the main living level. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the master bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV and Sonos sound system.
The upper level is made up of open plan living and dining areas with double sliding doors leading out to a spacious covered terrace. The terrace has room for 8 guests dining alfresco with an additional relaxed seating area. The open plan living area also benefits from air conditioning, flat screen tv and a Sonos surround sound system.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with Miele appliances and provides everything needed and more to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable. Of course, housekeeping is included five days a week to make your stay even more enjoyable.
